Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 3 inches, with locally up to 5 inches along western-facing slopes above 2500 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Visibility one-half mile or less at times.

In Maryland, Eastern Garrett County. In Virginia, Western Highland County.

Until 7 AM EST this morning.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact this morning's commute. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
