In West Virginia, Western Grant, Western Mineral, and Western Pendleton Counties.

Until 10 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the evening commute. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
