In western Virginia, Augusta and Rockingham. * WHEN... From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms this afternoon and evening could have intense rain rates exceeding 2 inches per hour.
