Mixed precipitation of rain and freezing rain expected.
Localized ice accumulations of up to two tenths of an inch possible in the highest elevations.

In Virginia, Bath, Rockbridge and Amherst Counties. In West Virginia, Western Greenbrier County.

* WHEN...
Through 7 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Power outages and tree damage are possible due to the ice. Travel may be impacted for elevations above 2500 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Ice accumulations will be mainly confined to the highest ridges, especially along the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Virginia, and West Virginia Highlands.
