Temperatures above freezing will drop into the lower to mid 20s by early afternoon. Winds will increase over the next couple of hours with gusts up to 65 mph. Snow showers will also begin with the falling temperatures. Snow and blowing snow will create very low visibility at times. Be ready for worsening conditions.
