The Flood Advisory will expire at 11 AM EDT this morning for a portion of northeast Ohio, including the following areas, Stark and Wayne.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures and monitor forecasts as additional heavy rain is possible at times through tonight.
