* At 1042 AM EST, Significant flooding continues across much of the warned area. Even though rain has ended, water levels will remain high for the remainder of the day. Once water levels finally recede, a lot of debris from flood waters will remain on area roadways and properties which will add to potentially hazardous travel conditions.
