* At 707 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated a band of heavy rain with embedded thunderstorms that will move into the area during the next hour. This is expected to produce Flash flooding early tonight.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

Rainelle, Rupert, Quinwood, Renick, Falling Spring, Rorer and Beartown State Park.
