Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 615 PM EST Saturday.

* At 1150 AM EST, the gauge on Duck Creek at Macksburg was in crest at 13.93 feet which is almost a foot above bankfull. At stages between 13 and 15 feet Broad Street starts to flood near the creek. Homes on the left bank start to flood. Campground next to gage floods. Downstream, the gauge at Whipple was nearing crest at bankfull level of 12 feet. Between 11 and 13 feet, sections of State Routes 26, 821, and 145 are flooded. Water levels will begin to slowly recede through the afternoon.

* The gauge on the Little Muskingum River at Bloomfield indicated the river had crested and was slowly receding. The current level was 18.27 feet. Route 26 near the intersection with Route 260 are flooded between 16 and 20 feet.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
