Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Kingwood, Mannington, Star City, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Newburg, Hendricks and Hambleton.
Between 0.25 and 0.5 inches of rain are expected this morning before the rain tapers off.
