* Until 130 PM EDT * At 1036 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Expect ponding of water on area roads and an increased risk of hydroplaning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Burlington, Graham, Hillsborough, Carrboro, Mebane, Elon College, Gibsonville, Haw River, Swepsonville and Alamance.
This includes the following flood prone areas...Lebanon Road north of Lake Michael and Cedar Grove Road and Car Store Road near Cedar Grove.
