HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Huntington, Nitro, Ripley, Winfield, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Hurricane, Barboursville, Milton, Eleanor, Buffalo, Poca, Ona, Sandyville, Culloden, Kenna, Teays Valley, Burlington, Bancroft and Athalia.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 124 and 146.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 5 and 45.
