Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Monsoon moisture combined with wet soils from rainfall yesterday, especially across northern portions of El Paso county, could lead to quick runoff and flash flooding with another round of thunderstorms this afternoon and evening.
