The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Lawrence OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry and Vinton.
The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at noon EDT today.
