At 403 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4 miles north of Lincolnton, or 4 miles southwest of Maiden, moving east at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Lincolnton, Maiden, Boger City, and Iron Station.
