Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 149 PM EDT, The Ohio Department of Transportation reported that several roads remain closed due to flooding in the the area.
State Routes 328 and 56 in Vinton County remain closed along with State Routes 356, 550, and 56 in Athens County. Area creeks will begin to slowly recede to within their banks later this afternoon.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Athens, Nelsonville, Lake Hope State Park, Chauncey, Buchtel, Amesville, The Plains and Stroud Run State Park.
