Areas of fog are developing across central NC. Visibilities will briefly go down to a 1/4 mile or less in some spots.
However, the dense fog should be short-lived, as a cold front moving through the area over the next few hours hours will help to scour out the fog.
Motorists are urged to remain alert for reduced visibilities and reduce speed if necessary.
