In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties.
In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
From 1 PM Monday to 10 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduced visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Very strong winds could cause extensive tree damage.
