Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Nitro, Hamlin, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Alum Creek, Institute, Tornado, West Hamlin, Sweetland, Sod, Griffithsville, and Yawkey. This includes the following highways...
