At 445 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles north of Ammon, or 14 miles southwest of Clinton, moving north at 80 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Smithfield, Clayton, Micro, Selma, Four Oaks, Pine Level, Kenly, Princeton, Roseboro, and Newton Grove.
