Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 1 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Gusty winds will also result in wind chills as low as 10 below across the higher elevations, primarily above 3,500 feet, and could cause blowing and drifting of snow.
