Ohio River At Pike Island affecting Belmont, Jefferson OH and Ohio Counties.
Ohio River At Wheeling affecting Belmont and Ohio Counties.
.The crest of high water resulting from the heavy rain over the past few days has moved downstream on the Ohio river.
Water levels at Pike Island lock and dam and Wheeling have both fallen below flood stage and are forecast to continue falling.
At Moundsville and Powhatan Point, The Ohio river is falling slowly, yet remain above flood stage.

At 38.0 feet, North Marshall Street in Bentwood, WV is closed with Rite-Aid, Taco Bell and KFC impacted.
