At 845 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Hamlin, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Charleston, Nitro, Hamlin, Jefferson, South Charleston, St. Albans, Dunbar, Sissonville, Poca, Cross Lanes, Alum Creek, East Lynn Lake, Institute, Tornado, Teays Valley, West Hamlin, Sweetland, Sod, Branchland and Salt Rock.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 1 and 9.
Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 97 and 115.
Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 41 and 57.
Route 119 between mile markers 66 and 80.
