Mixed wintry precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations of up to 1 inch for elevations of 2500 ft.
to 3000 ft. and up to 2 inches for elevations above 3000 ft. A light glaze of ice accumulation possible at elevations mainly above 3000 ft.

* WHERE...
Portions of central, southwest and west central Virginia as well as southeast West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 1 PM today to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...
A slushy mix of sleet and snow will be possible on untreated roads and surfaces at higher elevations. Use caution if planning to travel through higher mountainous terrain and be prepared for areas of minor snow and sleet accumulation in these locations.
