Very cold wind chills between 10 and 20 below zero. Exposed ridges above 4000 feet could have wind chills as low as 25 below zero.

In Maryland, Eastern Garrett and Western Garrett Counties.
In Virginia, Western Highland County. In West Virginia, Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN...
Until 10 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills approaching 20 below zero could cause hypothermia and frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
