At 754 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Summersville, Richwood, Marlinton, Clay, Webster Springs, Cass Scenic Railroad, Green Bank, Addison (Webster Springs), Camden-On-gauley, Camden On Gauley, Craigsville, Snowshoe, Glen, Mingo, Cowen, Durbin, Hillsboro, Bergoo, Upper Glade, and Waneta.
This includes Route 19 between mile markers 34 and 49.
