* At 1153 AM EST, Flooding, significant in many areas, persists across the area. Many roads remain closed as a result, especially secondary roads. Despite rain having ended, flood waters will remain high for much of the remainder of the day. In addition, flood waters along many creeks, streams, and rivers remain high.
Do not cross flooded roadways.
