Southern Butler County in west central Pennsylvania... Southwestern Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania... Beaver County in western Pennsylvania... Southern Lawrence County in western Pennsylvania... Brooke County in northern West Virginia... Hancock County in northern West Virginia... * Until 1015 PM EST. * At 927 PM EST, a hazardous snow squall was located along a line from 6 miles southeast of Ford City to 6 miles northwest of Wintersville, or along a line from 8 miles southeast of Kittanning to 9 miles northwest of Steubenville, moving south at 35 mph.
