The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a * Flood Warning for the Ohio River At Racine Lock.

* From Tuesday afternoon to Wednesday evening.

* At 11:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 34.3 feet.

* Flood stage is 41.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...
The river is expected to rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 41.5 feet early Wednesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday afternoon.
