At 912 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Buckhannon, moving east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Elkins, Buckhannon, Philippi, Audra State Park, Belington, Junior, Womelsdorf (Coalton), Volga, Lorentz, Century, Ellamore, Tallmansville, Overhill, Hodgesville, Horner, and French Creek.
This includes Route 33 between mile markers 3 and 35.
