Portions of Kentucky, including the following counties, Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson, and portions of Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Franklin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto.

* WHEN...
From 8 AM EDT this morning through this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Scattered thunderstorms with locally heavy downpours are expected Saturday into Saturday evening. With the ground already saturated in many locations from rain the past few days, rapid runoff of the rainfall could lead to localized flash flooding.
