IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.

Kingsport, Bristol Tn, Bristol Va, Walnut Hill, Spurgeon, Colonial Heights, Gray, Oak Grove, Church Hill, and Mount Carmel.
