Very cold wind chills, as low as 5 below zero across the North Carolina mountains and as low as 5 degrees east of the mountains, are expected.

Portions of western North Carolina and portions of the South Carolina Upstate.

* WHEN...
Until 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The cold wind chills near or below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
