Until 130 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1032 PM EDT, doppler radar and automated gauges indicated thunderstorms produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. The heaviest of the rain was over. Emergency management reported flooding near Ripley and south of Ravenswood.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ripley, Ravenswood, Sandyville, Kenna, Fairplain, Evans, Given, Statts Mills, Cottageville, Gay, Portland and Mount Alto.
- This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 124 and 150.
