Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

- At 502 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated moderate to heavy showers. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen since midnight.
