At 150 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavier rain across the warned area is starting to let up. However, high water impacts will likely persist through the afternoon. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen so far today.

Parkersburg, Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Jackson, Wellston, Nelsonville, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Ripley, Spencer, Pomeroy, Glouster, McConnelsville, Mcarthur, Oak Hill, Beverly, Rio Grande, Albany and Elizabeth.
