The Flood Warning will expire at 4 AM EDT early this morning for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following area, Tazewell and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Mercer and Summers.
Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
