Haywood, Madison, Northern Jackson, and Swain Counties.

* WHEN...
For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Sunday. For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
