Duplin, Greene, Lenoir, Martin, and Pitt Counties.

* WHEN...
From Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible.
