- At 847 PM EDT, gauge reports indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Marietta, Macksburg, Lower Salem and Devola.
- This includes Interstate 77 in Ohio between mile markers 4 and 17.
