* WHAT...
Snow, sleet, and freezing rain. Snow and sleet accumulations around 2 to 4 inches and ice accumulation from freezing rain up to a five-hundredths of an inch.

* WHERE...
Highland County in Virginia as well as Pendleton County in West Virginia, and the northern and central Blue Ridge Mountains.

* WHEN...
From 3 PM this afternoon to 6 AM EST Saturday. Snow will develop most likely between 3 and 5 PM this afternoon over the Potomac Highlands and central Blue Ridge Mountains and between 5 and 7 PM over the northern Blue Ridge Mountains. Snow will change to sleet and freezing rain late this evening and overnight before ending as rain early Saturday.

Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening commute.
