* Until 130 AM EST Saturday.

* At 423 PM EST, a trained weather spotter reported small streams bankfull in the Lubeck and Washington area in Wood County that could come out of their banks and cause flooding. Other area streams were rising quickly in response to up to one inch of rain which fell overnight and today. The Ohio department of transportation reported road closures and restrictions in Athens county west of Athens.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg, Athens, Marietta, Belpre, Nelsonville, Glouster, Beverly, Albany, Coolville, Chesterhill, Forked Run State Park, Vienna, Williamstown, Washington, Mineralwells, Tuppers Plains, Lubeck, Boaz, Chester and Chauncey.
Additional rainfall amounts of up to one half inch are possible in the warned area.
