In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland and Higher Elevations of Fayette Counties. In West Virginia, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Preston, Eastern Preston, Western Tucker and Eastern Tucker Counties.

Until 4 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Due to the saturated soil, small trees may be toppled by the wind.
