The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tomorrow morning to a crest of 23.6 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.

* Impact...
At 24.0 feet, River Street is flooded upstream from the old bridge.

* Flood History...
This crest compares to a previous crest of 23.6 feet on 03/31/1940.
