Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Locally higher amounts at elevations above 4000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE... In North Carolina, Ashe and Watauga Counties. In Virginia, Grayson and Smyth Counties. * WHEN... From midnight tonight to midnight EST Monday Night. * IMPACTS... Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
