Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
There may still be ponding of water in urban or other areas due to earlier heavy rainfall.

- At 938 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated the heavy rain due to thunderstorms has largely ended and only light rain remains.
Minor flooding may be ongoing.
