Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

- At 1038 AM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 3 and 4 inches of rain fell overnight resulting in creeks rising out of their banks and flooding adjacent roads.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
