Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
The most likely time for winds 40 to 45 mph is through 8 AM EST. Locally stronger gusts up to 55 mph are possible at the highest elevations and wind prone locations in the Smoky Mountains such as Cove Mountain.
