* IMPACTS...
Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 549 AM EDT, emergency management reported multiple road closures in the warned area due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.
Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
McConnelsville, Malta, Bristol, Eagleport and Hackney.
