Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Kingwood, Mannington, Star City, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Newburg, Hendricks and Hambleton.
